AS 9100 - Aerospace Standard

AS 9100 is the international Quality Management System standard for the Aviation, Space and Defense (AS&D) industry, created by the IAQG. AS9100 Rev D (2016) is the most recent version and is a widely adopted and standardized quality management system for the aerospace industry. It was released in October 1999, by the Society of Automotive Engineers and the European Association of Aerospace Industries

The standard provides suppliers with requirements for creating and maintaining a comprehensive quality system for providing safe and reliable products to the ASD industry, as well as civil & military aviation requirements. “AS9100 Certified” means an organization has met the requirements of AS9100D. AS9100 replaces the earlier AS9000 and fully incorporates the entirety of the current version of ISO 9001, while adding requirements relating to quality and safety. Major aerospace manufacturers and suppliers worldwide require compliance and/or registration to AS9100 as a condition of doing business with them. ISO 9001 standard is generally accepted by any industry around the world, AS9100 is specifically modified for aerospace companies, including some regulatory requirements.

AS 9120 - Aerospace Quality Management System

AS 9120 is a Quality Management Systems requirements for Aviation, Space and Defence distributors.AS9120 is a certification based on a standard published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) titled "Quality Management Systems-Aerospace Requirements for Stocklist Distributors".

ISO 10015:2019 - Quality Management – Guidelines for Training

ISO 10015:2019 gives guidelines for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and improve systems for competence management and people development to positively affect outcomes related to the conformity of products and services and the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties.

ISO 10500:2012 - Quality of Water Resources

Drinking water is water intended for human consumption for drinking and cooking purposes from any source. It includes water (treated or untreated) supplied by any means for human consumption. The quality standards for drinking water in India is prescribed by Bureau of Indian Standards laid down ISO10500: 2012. The standard was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards with the following objectives -


BIS has specified drinking water quality standards in India to provide safe drinking water to the people. It is pertinent that drinking water sources be tested at regular intervals and ensure that water is meeting the prescribed standards. If not, then, the extent of contamination/unacceptability and follow up is required.

ISO 15489:2016 - Information and Documentation

ISO 15489-1:2016 defines the concepts and principles from which approaches to the creation, capture and management of records are developed. This part of ISO 15489 describes concepts and principles for records, metadata for records and record systems, policies, responsibilities, monitoring and training support. ISO 15489-1:2016 applies to the creation, capture and management of records regardless of structure or form, in all types of business and technological environments.

This first Part of ISO 15489 sits at the heart of a number of International Standards and Technical Reports that provide further guidance and instruction on the concepts, techniques and practices for creating, capturing and managing records. This includes subsequent Parts to ISO 15489 currently under development, which will provide implementation advice on managing records.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 – Quality management systems -Requirements for Automotive production and relevant service part organizations

ISO/TS 16949 is an ISO technical specification which aligns existing US, French and Italian Automotive Quality Industry. It specifies the quality system requirements for the design, development, production, installation and servicing of automotive related products.

ISO/TS16949 has been developed by the industry, the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) to encourage improvement in both the supply chain and the certification process. For the majority of leading vehicle manufacturers, certification to this specification is a mandatory requirement for doing business.

ISO/TS 16949 is relevant to all types of automotive supply companies, from small manufacturers to multi-site, multinational organizations located anywhere in the world. The primary focus of the IATF 16949 standard is the development of a Quality Management System that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. ISO 20121:2012 - Event Sustainability

ISO 20121:2012 specifies requirements for an event sustainability management system for any type of event or event-related activity, and provides guidance on conforming to those requirements.

The standard aims to help organizations improve sustainability throughout the entire event management cycle. ISO 20121 is relevant to all members of the event industry supply chain including organizers, event managers, stand builders, caterers and logistics suppliers.

The standard takes a management systems approach to running more sustainable events. ISO 28000:2007 - Security Management Systems

The ISO 28000:2007 is based on the methodology known as Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), which can be described as follows.
